XTiP Bookmaker Review

*Unfortunately, XTiP will not be accessible in the future as the bookmaker has ceased to operate.

Xtip are a brand new bookmaker for this year who are licensed in Malta and are available for UK players. It’s clear from the site that they have mainland European origins but they have a dedicated .co.uk web address and there’s lots to engage British players.

A generous welcome bonus worth up to 100 GBP lines up alongside a very wide group of markets so there’s plenty of interest here.

Xtip Promotions

That value starts with the welcome bonus that can earn up to £100.00 as a match on your opening deposit. Sign up with some basic details and credit at least £10.00 when you are taken to the cashier’s page and Xtip will match that
exactly up to that limit of £100.00.

To claim any subsequent profits, you must play through the deposit and bonus three times on events with minimum qualifying odds of 1.50 and you must do this within 90 days.

In addition there is a loyalty programme and to qualify for this you must register for the Xtip card. With this you can redeem points and win prizes so check the promotions page for full details and for terms relating to both of these offers.

Sports Markets and Odds Value

This is one of the more extensive lists we’ve seen from a new bookmaker and it’s one that could prove to be a match for the established brands. Here is that list in full:

Football, Ice Hockey, Basketball, Tennis, Handball, Baseball, Volleyball, Darts, Motorsport, Boxing, Cycling, Rugby League, Rugby Union, Snooker, Bandy, Aussie Rules, Cricket and Bowls.

Specials from politics and entertainment are also listed so here you have all the popular options plus some very elite niches. As for prices, it’s very early to judge xTip but value appears good, particularly in result betting for the popular sports such as tennis and cricket.

Banking

The banking options at Xtip are a little restricted at present but for most of us, we will look to fund our accounts with debit cards. All the major ones are accepted and you can also use the two most popular eWallets – Skrill and Neteller.

That list could be expanded in the future but the vast majority of UK players will have at least one option from that list.

Customer Service

Under the Contact / Support line at the bottom of the home page there are three options, starting with the Help Centre which leads you to a fairly basic set of Frequently Asked Questions. If that doesn’t answer your query or you simply don’t have the time to look yourself, ‘Support’ gives you a web form while ‘Contact’ leads to a dedicated email address.

This could perhaps be laid out in a more logical order but with the absence of a live chat operator, this is a comprehensive and efficient set of help options.

Conclusion

That welcome bonus up to £100.00 is quite impressive in today’s busy market and it’s certain to attract some early interest. The size of that offer is dampened somewhat by a relative lack of ongoing promos and that may deter some customers from hanging around in the long term.

However, for those that look beyond bonus hunting, Xtip have got a lot of things right in the brief time that they have been online. Choice of markets is wide and value is there across most sports so, by all means sign up and claim that excellent welcome deal but look for a long term relationship with this promising new bookie.

Pros (+):

  • Welcome Bonus for new Players worth up to 100 GBP
  • Loyalty programme available via Xtip card
  • Wide set of markets with strong value in popular sports

Cons (-):

  • List of funding options could be expanded in the future
