William Hill Partner with Ocean Resort Casino

Bookmakers and other operators in the gambling industry wasted no time to make their moves following the decision by the US Supreme court to lift certain restrictions on sports betting across the country.

It’s one of the most significant developments inside the industry for many years and William Hill are the latest to act and take advantage of the relaxation of these regulations.

In the latest announcement, Hills have partnered in with Ocean Resort Casino in Atlantic City New Jersey and as part of the deal, a 7,500 square foot sportsbook will be situated right in the heart of the gaming floor.

Opening Up

The world of sports betting is only just starting up for millions of US residents and the potential for all involved is clearly huge. Customers at the Ocean Resort Casino will now be able to take advantage of hundreds of betting markets with traditional US Sports such as baseball, basketball and NFL likely to be a big focus.

In addition, punters will able to play in the soccer, golf and tennis markets amongst many other options and for those that are unable to bet in person, the agreement extends online so customers will be able to gain access to the William Hill sportsbook via any connected internet device.

It should therefore be no surprise to see them involved as soon as the restrictions on betting in the US were eased. As Joe Asher said, they also have a tie in with Ocean Resort over in Las Vegas so they are a logical fit for the New Jersey location and it’s a partnership that should certainly thrive in the months and years that lie ahead.
