Mr Play Sport Review

They’ve been around since November 2017 but this will still be a new name for many UK punters. Mr Play offer a good choice of gaming options but their sportsbook stands out for a number of reasons and we think they are worth adding to your own portfolio of betting sites.

And, of course, they are regulated by the UK Gambling Commission which makes them accessible to players in Great Britain but what else does Mr Play have to offer?

Sporting Markets and Odds Value

A betting operator could stand or fall on the list of markets that it offers and, if they are looking to gain a foothold in the UK, they will need to list options that will appeal to British customers. Things are pretty positive here and the first point to note is that horse racing is here at a time when many operators are looking to move away from it. Sadly there are no greyhounds but the following still appears to be a comprehensive list:

Football, Basketball, Tennis, Ice Hockey, Volleyball, Handball, Horse Racing, Aussie Rules Football, Bandy, Badminton, Baseball, Boxing, Cricket, Cycling, Darts, Floorball, American Football, Futsal, Gaelic Sports, Golf, MMA, Motor Racing, Rugby League, Rugby Union, Snooker, Pool, Speedway, Table Tennis, Water Polo, Winter Sports.

That extensive list is enhanced by a rising set of eSports options and you can also play at an impressive set of politics and entertainment / novelty markets.

We may never see Mr.Play being listed on the main odds comparison sites and that really is a shame. They have plenty to offer in terms of competitive pricing and they are rarely, if ever out of step with the big players in the industry.

Banking

An increasing number of players want to see more choice when it comes to funding options and this is another area where Mr.Play are ticking all of the boxes. It starts off with the traditional methods so if you prefer to just use debit cards or bank transfers, it’s very easy to do so.

Skrill, Neteller and PaySafeCard are likely to be the most popular eWallet options but anyone looking to deposit to or withdraw from their new Mr Play account can also access Entropay, Trustly, Zimpler, Instadebit, Euteller and EPS. all deposits into your account should be instant while all withdrawals may take up to 48 hours with the exception of bank transfers which can stretch to five days. Overall, this is a very wide list with fair terms.

Customer Service

If something goes wrong or you just need some clarification on an aspect of the Mr Play set up, what can you do to seek help? It’s impressive that the company has a live chat button available so early in its operation and this is the best option for most of us. Click on the blue speech bubble in the top right hand corner of the page and you should receive a quick and effective answer.

Alternatively, if you prefer something a little more anonymous then you can click on a comprehensive set of FAQs at the bottom of the page or you can click on the help link which reveals a telephone number and a link to a webform.

Conclusion

There’s a lot to admire about the Mr Play set up and while it may look like they have an emphasis on the casino side of their operation, the sportsbook offers lots to enjoy. There is a welcome offer and ongoing promos but these simply add to the value provided by strong everyday odds.

The back up services are sound too with a good choice of fast and easy funding options and some swift and effective customer service. In short, there is everything here that you could possibly want from a new sportsbook so why not check out Mr Play right away.

Pros
