Mr Win Review

*Unfortunately, Mr Win Sportsbook will stop offering any Sports betting due to external causes.

It’s always good to welcome a new bookmaker that has opened its doors to UK players but what else is Mr Win doing to attract your attention? It’s still a crowded market despite a number of operators closing their British operations so why should you look into signing up for a new account?

Mr Win Promotions

The first bit of good news is the welcome bonus which is a 100% match on your first deposit and it has a very generous ceiling of £100.00. It has a low entry point too of £10.00 while the rollover is reasonable at 8x so, overall, this is a very good package to start things off.

As of May 2017 there was an additional offer for existing customers and this promised a £10.00 bonus on betting multiples and while that’s a list that could be built upon, it’s good to see a new bookie offering any kind of welcome deal so this is a positive area for Mr Win.

Sporting Markets and Odds Value

The set of sporting markets is a strong one and only the real niches such as chess and bowls are left behind. The following is a schedule that should appeal to everyone and there is definitely some interest for potential customers in the UK.

Ice Hockey, Football, Tennis, Volleyball, Aussie Rules Football, American Football, Badminton, Baseball, Cricket, Winter Sports, Cycling, Darts, Fighting, Futsal, Golf, Handball, Horse Racing, Motor Racing, Pesapallo, Rugby League, Rugby Union, Sailing and Table Tennis.

UK players may have noticed straight away that horse racing is listed and it’s good to see a new bookie getting involved with this most traditional of betting sports. If you like things to be a little less traditional, you could consider a good set of eSports or some of the political or entertainment betting that Mr Win provides alongside this solid set of sports markets.

It will be some time before this bookmaker appears on any of the odds comparison sites but early signs show good prices across the board and that includes the two most popular sports in the UK – football and horse racing.

Banking

Although most players in the UK would likely use a debit card to fund their account there is a good set of eWallets too at Mr Win. Skrill and Neteller are the biggest ones and they make the list along with PaySafe, Trustly and Zimpler.

Of course, all the major debit cards are accepted if that is your preferred option.

Customer Service

This is the one area where we would like to see more options being introduced as the company evolves because, as of May 2017, there is just a set of Frequently Asked Questions together with a web form which pops up when you click the help icon at the bottom right of the page.

While response times have been good here, it would be better to see an obvious email address for customer support while a live chat operator would also be beneficial at a later date.

Conclusion

Mr Win have come along in 2017 and in a short space of time have already done much to attract a good customer base from the UK. You can deal in GBP and get that welcome bonus up to £100.00 while there is an ongoing promo and some strong prices in their core sports.

The customer service side does need attention but that is just a minor downside in what is a very positive start for this bookie.

Pros (+):

  • Excellent welcome offer worth up to £100.00 as a 100% match with low entry point and 8x rollover terms.
  • Ongoing promotion offers a £10.00 profit boost on Acca bets
  • Excellent set of sporting markets including horse racing with strong prices across the board

Cons (-):

  • List of customer service options needs to be expanded
