MansionBet Review – Closed

Though it was a brand new bookmaker for 2018, players in the UK already knew the Mansion Group as a successful and long-established casino brand. MansionBet’s move into sports betting was therefore long overdue but are they worth adding to what may well be a crowded UK gambling portfolio?

Here’s what we found when we reviewed the MansionBet set up.

MansionBet Promotions

Things start positively for MansionBet new customers here with a welcome bonus that could provide extra funds of Bet £10.00 Get £20.00. It also carries a low entry point of £10.00 for those who want to get on board with a small outlay to try them out.

There is a rollover and you can only make that opening deposit with a debit card so we do suggest you check all MansionBet terms and conditions but this is a good value offer to kick things off.

Sporting Markets and Odds Value

Here is the full list of sports betting markets currently offered by MansionBet:

Football, Horse Racing, Tennis, Basketball, Aussie Rules, Badminton, Baseball, Boxing, Cricket, Cycling, Darts, American Football, Futsal, Gaelic Sports, Golf, Handball, Ice Hockey, MMA, Motor Sport, Netball, Rugby League, Rugby Union, Speedway, Table Tennis, Trotting and Volleyball.

That’s a comprehensive set of MansionBet betting options that includes all the popular sports together with a number of obscure niches and it matches or surpasses many of the established brands. MansionBet also recognise the growing demand for eSports with a good set of events covered and there is novelty betting from the worlds of entertainment and politics.

MansionBet aren’t on the main odds comparison sites just yet but a quick scan of their prices suggests good value across the board with particularly competitive options for football and horse racing.

Banking

This is one area that could possibly be improved upon at MansionBet because, like a number of new betting sites, you can only make deposits and withdrawals using a debit card. E-Wallets such as PayPal and paysafecard were added to MansionBet banking payment methods, so plastic is not one of your only money payment options.

The minimum amount for both deposits and withdrawals at MansionBet is set at £10.00 and please note that any of those withdrawals may take up to 48 hours to hit your account.

Customer Service

TThe traditional help methods are all here so for those based in the UK, there is a local freephone number. There is also an email address for those who prefer something a little more anonymous and while customer services isn’t monitored for a full 24 hours a day, the response time has proved to be fast.

The MansionBet service is an efficient one too but lots of punters like to see live chat operators so it would be good to see those introduced.

MansionBet Support

For some time, Mansion Sports did not have a live chat operator but that situation has now changed. You will, however, need to be an existing MansionBet customer and logged in to the sports betting platform so you cannot ask a question before you have registered for a new account.

One more point to note is the fact that the chat operator at Mansion sportsbook is not available 24 hours a day and the access times are between 8 am and 11 pm (UK). While we’ve touched on a couple of negative points here, the service does cover the majority of our waking hours so all of us should have easy access to live chat and, of course, it is the fastest way to to get help for any problem. While it would be nice to extend it to 24 hours and make it available for prospective MansionBet new customers too, it’s an effective way to solve issues for existing account holders.

For those that prefer not to access live chat or if you are not yet signed up with Mansion Sports, there are alternatives. There is a freephone service on offer and it is open for the exact same hours as the chat operator. Anyone can use it and, to save you looking it up, you can get in touch from the UK on 0800 279 2688. Finally, if you click on the contact button which appears at the bottom of the page, there is an email address. Once again, we’ll save you the bother so just send your emails to support@mansionbet.com. These details are correct at the time of writing in March 2020 and seem unlikely to change moving forward.

To access the full range of customer service options, it’s better to sign up as you will then have more choice. You can also claim the Mansion Bet welcome offer along the way but there are alternatives if you are just thinking about registration. What is here has proved to be fast and effective and that’s the main point so whether you are an existing or a prospective customer of MansionBet betting site, you should always receive swift and excellent customer service.

FAQs about MansionBet

Is Mansion Bet Sportsbook Safe and Secure?

We all want to know that our personal details, especially our financial information, is kept safe and secure when we are playing online so what steps are MansionBet taking in order to ensure this? We can quickly tell that Mansion Sports take this very seriously as they have a separate section dedicated to the issue and it’s marked as ‘security and privacy.’ Head to the bottom of the MansionBet homepage, click on the link and you can find out more for yourself.

Some of these sections can get a little technical but Mansion Sportsbook do underline it in a fairly simple to follow way. It states how they use RSA 2048 encryption and this is a secure method from a trusted third party that keeps those details safe.

When asking the question about safety and security, it’s also useful to check details over licensing and regulation. This way, we know that the operator involved is allowed to provide gambling services in your country of residence and we can usually find this information at the bottom of the homepage.

In the case of MansionBet, we find that the company is regulated by the UK Gambling Commision and the UKGC number is clearly shown for all to see. This type of honesty and transparency is important and it’s great to see that Mansion Sports do all they can to give you peace of mind. In terms of safety and security, this is a very positive section.

Does Mansion Sports Offer Live Betting and Live Streaming?

There certainly is a live betting section to the Mansion Sports betting site and it’s one that the operator takes very seriously. We know this because there is a separate tab at the top of the homepage which is marked as ‘in play’ and that’s always a good sign. Whenever there is a busy sporting calendar, there will always be plenty of choice from MansionBet’s live betting section so expect to see a good range of betting markets, particularly in the core sports such as football and tennis.

Within each of those sports, you can still find a good selection of outcomes at MansionBet to bet on from the straight result all the way through to the regular side bets. If we use football as the best example, that means markets such as Both Teams to Score, Next Goal Scorer, Last Goal Scorer, Correct Score, Total Goals, Winning Margin and much more.

Along with a wide set of markets we also want to see some competitive odds and that’s the case here at Mansion Sports. The operator is known for providing value across all of its sporting markets and the in play section of MansionBet website is no exception. None of us really have time to check the pricing when we’re staking in play but if you do get a chance to compare odds on an event that you’re not actually betting on, you’ll see that these are exceptional.

In order to back up the live betting service, it is useful to have live streaming included in the overall package. MansionBet account holders who get to see their bet playing out in real time get a real advantage in the live markets and this can be a great way for operators to build up their customer base. At the time of writing, however, there is no live streaming service available at Mansion Sports but this could always change in the future.

Aside from that small issue with the lack of live streaming, this is another positive area of the Mansion Sportsbook. Many of us like to look at in play markets and some bettors will even focus on it completely so it’s good to know that MansionBet back us up with an excellent platform.

Does MansionBet Offer a Mobile Betting App?

Mansion Sports does have an app and it’s available for both Android and iOS devices. It’s free and easy to use and the MansionBet app offers that level of flexibility that we all need when we’re betting on the go. The download process will be different depending on which of those two platforms that you have but it’s all very simple.

iPhone users have the easiest task as it’s merely a case of heading to the app store and searching for MansionBet or Mansion Sports. Remember to get the sportsbook option and ignore the casino – unless you intend to use that platform either now or in the future.

Once you’ve located the Mansion Sportsbook, simply click on the ‘get’ button and the betting site’s app will appear on your screen in a matter of seconds.

For anyone with an Android device, the procedure may be a little more complex but it should still take less than five minutes for the app to be up and running. This is because Google is not entirely happy with betting apps so you will need, in the first instance, to find the Mansion Sports platform in your mobile browser. From here, simply load the MansionBet website and you will find a link from where you can directly download the app. It’s nice and easy from here once again and you can log in and be playing in seconds.

If you already have an account with Mansion Sports then you simply use the same log in details or you can sign up using the app. There is no separate promotion for app users but you can still take advantage of the Mansion Bet new customer offer and any other promotions that happen to be available at the time.

To summarise, it’s always a useful tool to have and with a fast processing time and a betting site that’s very easy to navigate around, the Mansion Sportsbook app is better than most.

Is there a Usual Mansion Bet Welcome Offer or Mansion Bet New Customer Offer for Bettors?

There certainly is a Mansion Bet new customer offer and it’s one of the more generous ones on the market. Remember that these deals are subject to change but at the time of writing in March 2020, the existing Mansion Bet welcome offer had been in place for some time.

The promotion in question is a 50% match on a player’s opening first deposit and this can rise up to a generous level of £50.00. If you are new to the MansionBet sportsbook and don’t have any dealings at present, you should cross over to the sign up page on the website and complete what should be a very simple registration. It will only ask you for essential personal information before verifying your identity and you should be on board in just a few minutes’ time.

The most important points to remember come at the deposit stage and they start with the method of funding. Like the majority of bookies, Mansion Sports do not like eWallets to be connected to promotions so you can only use a debit card in this instance. The minimum amount needed to set this off is £10.00 and you must remember to type in the Promo Code MB50 when asked to do so.

The funds should clear immediately and MansionBet players will then be given a bonus amount equivalent to that deposit. So, if you have deposited £10.00, you will receive £10.00 extra but if you are comfortable with crediting the maximum amount of £50.00, you will receive that money back as a 100% bonus.

Players should note that the Mansion Bet new customer offer does come with a wagering requirement and you will need to play through the amount of the deposit and bonus combined six times. You have 30 days in which to cover this and you should use events that carry odds of 4/5 or longer.

We suggest that you check all MansionBet terms and conditions as there are a number of points to work through but in general, the Mansion Bet welcome offer is a generous one. There is that rollover to complete but £50.00 is competitive and if you are a regular bettor then it’s worth taking up.

Conclusion

Many popular casinos cross over into sports betting and it looks like an afterthought but that certainly isn’t the case with MansionBet. Things start off well here with that generous welcome deal worth up to £50.00 and they continue in a positive manner with two distinct Acca promotions that loyal MansionBet players can take advantage of on a regular basis.

Any negative issues here are really only small ones so while it would be good to see more funding options and a wider set of customer service features, this is an excellent start and already there are a number of good reasons to get involved with MansionBet right away. Hope this MansionBet review has been helpful to you!
