In the latest announcement, it’s been confirmed that MansionBet has agreed a wide partnership with the Arena Racing Company and Jockey Club Racecourses and the deal has already come under starters orders.
Arena Racing Company meetings at Hereford, Southwell, Great Yarmouth, Ffos Las and Worcester are getting the backing of the operator while, on the Jockey Club Racecourses side of things, Nottingham, Huntingdon and Market Rasen are among those under the spotlight.
It’s a comprehensive deal and naturally it’s one that has delighted both parties.
Speaking on behalf of the Mansion Group, CEO Karel Manasco said:
We are excited to expand our horse racing sponsorship with a further 38 events across the UK.
We recognise horse racing as one of our most popular sports, and we look forward to supporting this through our sponsorships.
In response, Group Director of Partnerships at the Arena Racing Company David Leyden Dunbar added:
We are delighted to welcome MansionBet to ARC racecourses with 16 fixtures across the end of 2018 and into 2019.
We know that British racing offers fantastic value to sponsors, including those within the gambling sector, and we look forward to working with the Mansionbet team to help build their brand within the sport.
Of the many meetings that MansionBet will be sponsoring over the next few months, the highlight is set to be the Newbury Spring Cup which will form part of the prestigious Dubai Duty Free Spring Trials Weekend.
The event is being picked up live by ITV Sport in the UK and as such, it will give a huge boost to the exposure that MansionBet will enjoy as part of the deal. The operator’s brand imaging will be clearly visible around the Newbury course at that time and that will be placed in front of racegoers and the viewing public at home. This comes on top of the initial exposure at all meetings around the country and we presume that there will be additional marketing opportunities via all of the usual marketing channels.
It’s an arrangement that is intended to raise the profile of MansionBet as a dedicated horse racing bookmaker, but it is also ploughing important funds into the sport and as such, this is a contract which offers good balance for both sides. It will be interesting to see it develop over the next 13 months or so and to see whether all parties achieve their intended aims.
