Dubai World Cup: Get an Enhanced 5/1 Price on Favourite Arrogate with 888Sport

Table of Contents

A field of 14 will assemble for horse racing’s World Cup in Dubai this Sunday and while the overall declaration is a strong one, there is one runner who appears to be way ahead of the rest. The favourite, Arrogate, is listed at a common price of 1/3 across the sportsbooks but with a new customer deal courtesy of 888Sport, that can rise all the way up to 5/1.

If that sounds tempting for a horse so far in front in terms of the markets, here’s what you need to do in order to claim this offer.

The rules

As mentioned, you have to be a new customer to 888Sport and you need to sign up via the promotional link before inputting some basic details. This should only take a couple of minutes and from this point you will be taken to the cashier where you need to fund a minimum of £10.00 to start playing.

At this point, back Arrogate to win the Dubai World Cup and confirm your betslip. If you are successful with your punt, 888Sport will pay your profits at their book price – currently 1/3 – back into your new account while any balance over and above that, up to the 5/1 price boost, comes back as a free bet token.

With 888, free bet tokens will be issued within a 72 hour period and you will then have up to 7 days in which to use them before they expire.

Ahead of the pack

While 888Sport are one of several bookies offering that 1/3 price, you can get a best of 4/11 from SkyBet and William Hill but that’s still not an exciting figure when compared to the 5/1 under the enhanced deal. From here, there is a gap between Arrogate and second favourite Gun Runner at a top price of 9/1 with William Hill so that underlines just how dominant this horse could be.

This four year old finished third in its first outing back in April 2016 but since then has recorded six straight wins including victories in the Breeders Cup and Pegasus World Cup Classic at the start of this year.

That’s an incredible pedigree but will this Bob Baffert trained horse make it seven in a row this weekend? Nothing is guaranteed but that record puts Arrogate ahead of the chasing pack by some margin and if you are able to get involved in this new customer promo, 5/1 could be an incredible price.
