Once again, bet365 will refund your stake in the event that you back a subsequent non-runner. They do not mention a start date for the offer but we recommend that you check all terms and conditions of ay promotion before going ahead.

Same as before, with SkyBet you can bet on the festival and stakes will be returned in the event of a horse not running. No start date is mentioned so once again, you should check the offer.
