BetBright Review

Important! We are sorry to inform you that from 5th March, 2019, BetBright has ceased to operate. If you have any remaining money on your account, you may withdraw those within the following 30 days.

Irish based bookmaker BetBright are a relatively recent entry into the sphere of online bookmaking having first set up their web business back in 2012. In a competitive industry they have worked hard to get noticed and now have a customer base which is growing at a healthy rate.

They start with a no risk first bet for new account holders and you can usually find some good promotions on the way but those are just two reasons why you should consider signing up.

BetBright Bonus and Ongoing Offers

When you open an account with BetBright the opening incentive is a £25 Sports Bonus + £25 Casino Bonus, and registrations are only accepted from residents inside the UK and Ireland. Only debit card or Paypal deposits will qualify for this offer.

For the sportsbook after depositing £20, players receive a 125% matched Sportsbook bonus, £45 in total. For the casino, £25 Casino bonus is credited within 24 hours of first bet settled. Casino bonus must be wagered 40 times (40x) to release bonus, sportsbook bonus needs 5x wagering.

From this point there are lots of ongoing promos – some of them are static while others change frequently but you can usually expect to find an Accumulator Insurance deal. In addition, there is usually a cash back offer to be had whenever there is a major sporting tournament.

Sports Market and Odds Value

BetBright may just be sneaking in to some of the smaller odds comparison sites so you do have a chance to check their prices against the more established outlets. We find them strong on most sports with a focus on tennis and football in particular.

As for sporting markets, here is their full list:

Tennis, Horse Racing, Football, Cricket, Greyhound Racing, Basketball, American Football, Golf, Darts, Ice Hockey, Rugby Union, Rugby League, Baseball, Boxing, MMA.

You also have the chance to stake in politics and entertainment and while there may be bigger lists elsewhere, BetBright have a wide choice of side bets within those sports so you should always be able to find a betting option.

Banking

One of the major downsides to BetBright as a bookmaker is the lack of any e-wallets as funding options. You can make payments and withdraw via bank transfer and all the main debit cards and if you’re happy to do so, the process should be free and instant.

It would, however, be nice to see the banking options extended.

Customer Service

Clicking the help button brings up a list of Frequently Asked Questions and to be honest, these are pretty basic and not all that helpful. However, within that list are the contact details and these include the telephone number and the dedicated e-mail support.

Alternatively, if you head across the home page to the top right, there is a speech bubble icon which provides an online contact form and access to the live chat operator. So, if you look beyond those basic FAQs then the service here is very comprehensive.

Conclusion

BetBright score well on their promotions and it starts with that no lose opening deal which gives you a second chance of an early profit. Ongoing offers are good as well while there’s plenty of value in a good choice of markets.

There are things that players would like to see improved such as the choice of funding options but for value and a bookie that rewards loyalty, BetBright are a sound choice.
